DataShed5 is a browser-based application that allows users to view and visualise data stored within the Maxwell Data Schema. The DataShed5 interface has been designed to be as intuitive as possible, and most users should need very little instruction in order to use the basic functions.

In this presentation we will discuss the different dashboard types available in DataShed5.

Dashboards
DataShed5 comes with several standard dashboards. The dashboards provide visual information about the data.
The list may vary depending on level of access and can be customised by the DataShed5 Administrator. The dashboards are listed in groups and when opened, display a list of required parameters.
The drilling summary dashboard shows information about drilling activity and costs.
The dashboard is interactive and clicking on a point in the Total Metres Drilled per Shift graph allows you to focus in on that day’s details.
This dashboard sources information from the Contract Activity tables such as date and metres drilled per drill rig.
You can export the relevant data in a Excel format.

The QAQC dashboard shows graphs of standards and repeat samples.
The Standards graph displays the assay results of standards, method and element for the selected batches.
Clicking on each point shows the details for that assay. You can Zoom and drag using mouse wheel to get in closer and export the graph as a PDF and the data in Excel format for inclusion in your report. One, two and three standard deviation lines can be added to the graph.
The Repeats graph shows the difference between the original and repeat assays for each sample.
Clicking on the point shows the assay values for each sample. Outliers are displayed with a triangle icon.

Various Power BI dashboards including a comprehensive QAQC Report, Mineral Tenure Daily Change Report, Database Audit Report and a graphical Striplog Report are available.
Filters in the report allow users to focus in on specific data and interact with it.
