DataShed5 is a browser-based application that allows users to view and visualise data stored within the Maxwell Data Schema. The DataShed5 interface has been designed to be as intuitive as possible, and most users should need very little instruction in order to use the basic functions.

In this presentation we will discuss the different reports available in DataShed5.

Data shed 5 comes with a number of standard reports. The list may vary depending on your level of access and can be customised by the data shed 5 administrator.

The reports are listed in groups and when opened display are list of required parameters on the right.

The report toolbar includes page navigation buttons or a scrolling option and zoom in and out buttons along with percentage dropdown.

The print icon will open print preview window with printer options.

The download icon allows users to download the report in PDF, Excel, Word and CSV format.

The search icon allows users to search for selected text.

Then the full screen icon displays full screen browser window.

The report sidebar menu includes parameters, icon report, export options, search icon and report document map.
