| 1. | Configuration | A new page has been added to DataShed5 admin for configuration details. This can be seen by Super User only.

| 2. | Application Licensing | With the addition of the new Log Chief Lite application, the licensing process has been extended to enable Log Chief Lite, and future applications, to be licensed on a per database, per application basis
A new Application (LogChiefLite) has been added to the Application List.
Licence activation is now done online via the Licence Key (removed the need to upload a Licence file).
A new action button (Application Licences) added to the Database List to access the new ‘Database Applications Licence’ and ‘Database Application User Licence’ screens.

| 3. | Licence Activation and Expiry Email Reminders | A new background task has been added to Datashed5 admin (managed via the Hangfire Dashboard). This will run once per day and perform the following functions:
Check all database Licences for any updates that should be applied (new user count, expiry date, etc).
Check all database Licence expiry dates. An email reminder will be sent to all users with the WSA_EmailNotification role when a Licence is due to expire in 40 days and 7 days. Additionally, a Licence Request will be generated on the users’ behalf in order to expediate the renewal process. |
