# QAQC PBI Dashboard v2.2.0
**This release covers the key QAQC 2.2.0 changes so you can quickly adapt workflows: it highlights usability upgrades like dark mode and universal left-panel filters, important plotting defaults (log scale and exclusion of non-positive values), new adjustable test parameters (difference threshold and detection limit factor), and removed legacy pages/tabs to streamline reporting. Reviewing it prevents unexpected analysis gaps and helps you reconfigure settings for consistent results**.
Version 2.2.0 of QAQC introduces several updates aimed at improving usability, consistency, and performance. The most notable addition is the introduction of **dark mode**, providing users with an improved viewing experience, particularly in low-light environments.
Additionally, some legacy pages (Batch Tracking and Batch Check) and tabs have been removed where equivalent or improved reporting is already available elsewhere in the system.
## Filters
- Both **Global** and **Local filters** are now available on every page.
- Filters can be accessed via the **left-hand panel**.
- Available local filters may vary depending on the selected site.
**Comment:**
This change improves navigation and flexibility significantly. Having consistent access to filters across all pages makes analysis more efficient and reduces the need to jump between views.
The availability of local filters depends on the selected report section. Some report sections may offer different filter options, while others may have none.
## Repeats
- Scatter Plot, QQ Plot, and TH charts now default to a **logarithmic scale**.
- Values less than or equal to zero are excluded from these charts.
- Users can still manually adjust the scale if required.
- The **“Stats” tab has been removed**.
**Comment:**
Setting log scale as default is a sensible choice for geochemical data, as it improves interpretability. However, users should be mindful that non-positive values are excluded, which could impact certain analyses.
The removal of the Stats tab simplifies the report, but may require users to adjust their workflow.
Users can now define how tests are calculated by adjusting:
- **Difference Threshold (%)**
- **Detection Limit Factor**
**Comment:**
This is a strong enhancement, giving users more control and making QAQC more flexible across different datasets and site requirements.

# **Other Dashboards UI Enhancements**
We have released several reports with UI-only updates. All listed reports have been updated to a **dark mode design**, aligned with the **DataShed5 theme** to improve visual consistency and user experience.
No structural, data model, or functional changes have been made.

# QAQC Paginated Report v.2.0.2 Release Notes
This Release quickly shows how to filter a Paginated Report in Datashed to a specific required date and select a particular record. Follow it to save time locating the exact entry you need and ensure consistent, repeatable report navigation for QA/QC tasks.
Navigate to your Paginated Report in datashed
Note the **From_Lab_Final_Date** and **To_Lab_Final_Date** fields.
Click the "Required (DD/MM/YYYY)" field.

# Audit Report v1.1.1 Release Notes
This release adds clearer line‑level visibility across LS reports, including the new Total Lines metric in Stat Compliance, a Line_ID field in LS Coordinates, and a Total Lines column in the LS Summary to improve reporting accuracy and analysis.
Internal Note: Relationship between LS Site -> LS Samp, LS Coordinates, LS Samp Aggr, changed to [key = DataSet + Site_ID + Line_ID]

# QAQC Report v 2.1.1 Release Notes
This update adds new filtering options for improved sample categorization and enhances the responsive QQ Plot for clearer data visualization. Updated statistics and test calculations deliver more accurate results, helping users achieve better quality control and more efficient data interpretation.
## Repeats
After setting your **Global FIlters**, navigate to **Repeats - by Sample Name**.
Open **Filters** on the left side.
Three new filters have been added:
- **Sample Category**
- **Sample Method**
- **Sample Type**
These can also be selected in **Show by** in the Scatterplot.
Navigate to the **Stats** tab.
All measures in this section have been updated.
Navigate to the **QQ Plot** tab.
The **QQ Plot** is now responsive and can zoom and pan.
## CRM
Go back to the **Menu** and select **CRM Performance**.
The **CRM Performance** screen has three new selection options:
- **sysAssayStatus**
- **sysResult Minimum**
- **sysResult Maximum**
Select the **Raw Results** tab.
The **Test** calculation has been updated.

# Audit Report v1.1 - Release Notes
Please be aware, some information on this page may come from aggregation tables and are refreshed once a day.
**Menu Page**
Click **Global Filters** to select DataSets.
In Audit Report v1.1 has two completely new sections, **PT** and **LS**.
Select the **DataSet** you want to analyse. Selecting several of them will significantly slow the performance of the dashboard.
**Stat Compliance Overall Page**
- Introduces visual comparisons of data completeness and common quality issues for each asset type.
- Enables rapid identification of spatial and sampling‑related data risks across the full dataset.
- Supports quicker assessment and prioritisation of data remediation efforts.
**Stat Compliance – General Summary**
- Provides a focused view of drillhole data compliance and quality.
- Shows overall status of drillhole records, highlighting completeness and compliance issues.
- Surfaces common data gaps such as missing survey information, dates, or drillhole type.
- Includes a detailed drillhole‑level table for deeper investigation.
- Helps users quickly identify and resolve incomplete or non‑compliant drillhole data.
- Drillhole list is dynamically retrieved from the SQL server to ensure the most current dataset is always displayed.
**Drillhole Collars - Stat Compliance**
- Displays overall compliance status and highlights common data gaps such as missing survey details, dates, or drillhole type.
- Includes a detailed drillhole‑level table to support deeper data review and issue resolution.
- Drillhole list is now dynamically retrieved from the SQL server to ensure the page always reflects the most current dataset.
**Drillhole Collars - General Summary**
- Highlights overall data completeness and common missing or non‑compliant attributes.
- Delivers a consolidated view of key data quality issues across drillholes and associated samples.
- Supports faster identification of issues requiring investigation or remediation.
**DH Samples**
- Summarises overall sample‑record status and highlights common missing or incomplete attributes, including assays, dates, methods, and sample condition.
- Includes detailed sample‑level information to support faster identification and resolution of data quality issues.
- Sample list is now dynamically retrieved from the SQL server, ensuring the page always reflects the most current dataset.
**Drillhole - Downhole Summary**
- Displays geology intervals with depth ranges and lithology, along with notable downhole intercepts for key elements.
- Enables users to understand subsurface geology and quickly identify significant mineralised intervals within each drillhole.
**DH - Coordinates**
- Displays recorded coordinates and highlights issues such as missing spatial data, duplicated locations, and absent survey methods.
- Includes a version‑specific note outlining which coordinate fields are collected based on the MDS version.
- Presents summary statistics by dataset to support efficient identification and resolution of location‑related data quality issues affecting mapping, spatial analysis, and reporting accuracy.
**DH - Downhole Survey**
- Displays survey measurements such as dip, azimuth, and depth for easy review.
- Highlights potential issues including missing values, inconsistencies, and out‑of‑range measurements.
- Provides summary views by dataset to help users quickly assess survey data quality and identify records requiring correction.
- Supports accurate drillhole orientation, contributing to reliable geological modelling.
**Stat Compliance - General Summary (PT)**
- Highlights completeness of site survey information and common data gaps such as missing survey details or site classification.
- Identifies sample‑related issues including absent assays, types, dates, or collector information.
- Offers a clear view of data quality risks across site and sample records, helping prioritise areas requiring further attention or remediation.
**Point Sites**
- Summarises site records and highlights missing or incomplete survey details and site classifications.
- Includes a detailed table for reviewing individual site attributes.
- Supports identification and resolution of data gaps that may affect the accuracy and reliability of site locations and classifications.
**Point Sites - General Summary**
- Provides a focused view of point site data compliance and quality.
- Summarises overall site records to show completeness and compliance status.
- Highlights missing or incomplete survey information and site classifications.
- Includes a detailed table for reviewing individual site attributes.
- Helps users identify and address data gaps affecting the accuracy and reliability of site locations and classifications.
**PT Samples**
- Summarises sampling records and highlights common issues such as missing assays, sample classifications, collection details, or dates.
- Includes a detailed table for reviewing individual point‑sample attributes.
- Helps users identify and correct data gaps that may impact the reliability and usability of point‑sample information.
**PT - Coordinates**
- Displays recorded site coordinates and highlights issues such as missing spatial data, duplicated locations, and absent survey methods.
- Includes a version‑specific note outlining which coordinate fields are collected based on the MDS version.
- Presents summary statistics by dataset to support identification and resolution of location‑related data quality issues affecting spatial accuracy, mapping outputs, and reporting reliability.
**Stat Compliance - (LS)**
- Summarises line‑based site records and highlights common gaps such as missing survey details, completion information, or linear classifications.
- Identifies recurring sample‑data issues linked to line surveys.
- Offers a clear snapshot of data completeness and key quality risks specific to line‑based datasets, helping prioritise areas requiring further review or remediation.
**Linear Sites**
- Lists individual line features with associated types and program information.
- Flags missing or incomplete elements such as survey methods, completion details, or linear classifications.
- Enables users to drill into specific line records and resolve data gaps affecting the accuracy and reliability of line‑based survey data.
**LS Samples - Stat Compliance**
- Summarises sample records and highlights missing or incomplete attributes such as assays, methods, conditions, dates, or collector details.
- Includes a detailed table for reviewing individual sample records.
- Supports identification and correction of data gaps that may impact the reliability and usability of line‑based sampling data.
General Summary
**LS - Coordinates**
- Displays recorded spatial coordinates for line sites and highlights issues such as duplicated coordinates, missing survey methods, or incomplete spatial data.
- Includes a version‑specific note outlining which coordinate fields are collected based on the MDS version.
- Presents dataset‑level statistics and a detailed coordinate table to support identification and resolution of spatial data quality issues affecting line‑based mapping, analysis, and reporting.
**Tenements Reports - General Summary**
- Summarises drilling activity, site locations, and sample data in relation to tenement boundaries.
- Highlights records that fall outside their expected or valid tenements.
- Presents peak assay results by dataset to support compliance visibility.
- Helps ensure exploration data is accurately attributed for tenement compliance and reporting.
**Tenements Reports - DH Summary**
- Shows distribution of drillholes and drilled metres across tenement areas.
- Highlights drillholes or drilled metres that fall outside expected tenement boundaries.
- Ranks tenements by drilling intensity for clearer activity insights.
- Supports tenement compliance and governance by ensuring accurate attribution of drillhole data for reporting and regulatory assurance.
**Tenements Reports - DH Max Assays**
- Presents the highest recorded values for selected elements, grouped by dataset and lease.
- Enables comparison of peak assay outcomes across tenements.
- Supports reporting, validation, and high‑level assessment of significant analytical results within tenement boundaries.
**Tenements Reports - PT Summary**
- Shows distribution of sites and associated metres across tenements.
