Select the "**QAQC Paginated**" from the DataShed5 Dashboards

## Setting Parameters for the Report

The QAQC Paginated Report is driven by the Filter Parameter items located at the top of the screen. These are best selected in the order indicated below. This is due the the pick list items being progressively filtered by previous selections.

**Filter Parameter Definitions**

1. **Select Content**
  - Defines the type of report or data focus (e.g., Lab Turnaround Times, Certified Reference Materials, Repeats, Screen Test and Weights).
2. **Project**
  - Specifies the project.
3. **DataSet**
  - Refers to a specific dataset within a project.
4. **SourceTable**
  - Indicates the database table(s) from which data is pulled.
5. **Lab Code**
  - Indicates the laboratory(s) for which data is pulled.
6. **From Lab Final Date**
  - Data filtered by Lab Final Date range start.
7. **To Lab Final Date**
  - Data filtered by Lab Final Date end.
8. **Batch Number**
  - Filters data by specific lab batch numbers.
9. **SampleTable (Repeats)**
  - Specifies the sample type or table used for repeat analysis.
10. **Repeats Test**
  - A threshold for acceptable variance in repeat tests.
11. **Process negative values (Repeats)?**
  - Determines whether negative values in repeat tests are included.
12. **Repeats by Method - Over Range Values**
  - Decides whether to include values that exceed the method's range.
13. **Element (CRMs, Repeats)**
  - Focuses the report on a specific element.
14. **Standard ID (CRMs)**
  - Specifies which certified reference materials are used.
15. **Weights Lower LimitLower Limit**
  - Sets boundaries for sample weights used in analysis.
16. **Weights Upper Limit**
  - Sets boundaries for sample weights used in analysis.
17. **Screen Test Limit**
  - A threshold for screening tests.


Once the Filter Parameters have been selected, click "**View report**"

The QAQC Paginated Report has a live, direct query connection to the MDS. The report will compile using the Filter Parameters.

## Navigating the Report

The report can be navigated using the Page buttons at the top left of the screen.

or enter a page number then hit Enter.

## Show or Hide Parameters

## Exporting the Report

The "**Export**" icon allows the report to be exported to a range of file formats, making it easy to include the charts and tables in other reporting documents.

## Report Version

The QAQC Paginated Report version can be found at the bottom of the report pages, along with the report date.
