Hi there and welcome to this training guide on the drill Plot Paginated report in datashed5. You'll find this report under the dashboard section in the navigation menu.

Right at the top of the screen is where you'll set your parameters. You can choose one or more data sets.

Select one or multiple leases.

And the same goes for drill holes.

You can also pick which rigs you'd like to include, and of course one of the most important steps.

Set your start date and end date for the report. By default the end date will be set to the last day of the previous month, but feel free to adjust it as needed.

You can also philtre the report by contracts and invoices.

Once everything's selected, Just click view report And we'll give it a moment to load.

The first page of the report will show you a summary of the parameters you've chosen.

To move through the report You can go one page at a time, skip to the end Jump back to the beginning Or simply type a page number in and hit enter.

If you'd like a cleaner view, you can hide the parameters section by clicking the parameters button.

This gives you more room to view the report itself.

When it comes to exporting the report, you've got plenty of options.

Excel, PDF, CSV, powerpoint, Word, Web Archive and XML. Under the file menu you'll find the Print preview option.

In the view menu you can switch between Web layout and print layout. Depending on how you'd like to see your report.
