**Issue:**

Date display as YYYY-MM-DD in some tables and DD/MM/YYYY in others

**Cause:**

ODBC Driver incompatibility with with SQL Server version hosting the database

**Resolution:**

Update the DataShed4 ODBC to use a compatible ODBC Driver based on the below chart
