<u>**Symptom:**</u>

- When trying to view "Terms" in an Agreement record, no data is visible, and the layout is not congruent with what the "Terms" tab should look like (refer ***attached*** for correct functionality).

<u>**Troubleshooting:**</u>

- Try moving the "General" tab to the first (i.e. leftmost) position via click and drag - then save changes by clicking [Apply].  The "Terms" tab should be corrected (refer ***attached*** on how it should look).
  - If it is still not working, contact us at [servicedesk.maxgeo.com ](mailto:support@maxgeo.com) - ensuring you provide us a screenshot of LeaseControl (whole screen) with the "Terms" tab on display.

<u>**Cause:**</u>

- Some tabs are senstive to their placement in order, being the Dealings tab, and this Terms tab.  We haven't conducted a complete investigation to date, as we are moving LeaseControl into more modern platform where these issues become redundant.

<u>**Solution:**</u>

- Move the "General" tab to the first (i.e. leftmost) position via click and drag - then save changes by clicking [Apply].  The "Terms" tab should be corrected (refer ***attached*** on how it should look).
