<u>**Dependencies**</u>:

1. Certain Lease Critical Dates are utilised as per the ***attached*** document "V181_ReportDesigner_TemplateDepencies" - refer **Reconciliation 1** if these do not match the how you have named the Critical Date feilds in the Lease record.
  - All these fields are used in the calculated fields "DateOfChange" and "NatureOfChange".
2. If the alias' as per the ***attached*** document "V181_ReportDesigner_TemplateDepencies" do not match the alias you have used - refer **Reconciliation 2**.
3. Certain other Report Templates are used a Sub-Report - refer **Reconciliation 3**.

<u>**Reconciliation**</u>:

1. You have a couple of choices:
  - If they don't exist:
    - In LeaseControl: Create these Lease Critical Date fields noting that if you don't want to use them you can simply uncheck the "active" box against each one you don't intent to use, or:
    - In the Report Designer: Locate where they are referenced and remove the reference.
  - If they exist but as a different name:
    - In LeaseControl: Rename the Lease Critical Date fields such that the match those at **Dependencies 1**, or:
    - In the Report Designer: Edit the Query by selecting the fields that are the substitutes and untick the "Output" box for those that relate to the original name, noting that if you don't want to use the alias' provided at **Dependencies 2** - refer also **Reconciliation 2**.
2. You have a couple of options:
  - If you want to keep the alias you have assigned: In Report Designer: Simply locate where the fields are used and change them to the new alias, or:
  - If you want to use the default alias: In Report Designer: Edit the Query and change the alias of the relevant fields to those assigned in **Dependencies 1**.
