**Problem:**
Accessing a customised tab generates the error: "Error 0 occurred in module BuildGrid. Error Description is as follows:..." Could not add custom grid Area Grid to LeaseNew".
**Cause:**
Implementation of a customisation has been attempted, however has failed.
**Solution:**
Please seek assistance from maxgeo via servicedesk.maxgeo.com to implement the customisation.
**Further Information:**
The error message generates sufficient information to determine at which point the customisation failed. For example "Could not add custom grid Area Grid to LeaseNew" (underlines added for emphasis). In this example, there is a customised tab, and the grid therein is called "Area Grid". It has been implemented under the new customised Lease Profile.
For further information on customised profiles, please refer to the HelpManual: **Customising LeaseControl: Control Profile**. The Control Profile is available from the **Settings Menu under Configurations**.
