<u>**Symptom:**</u>

1. In V1.8.0, when completing an Action in the Action builder, the follow-on Actions do not populate - refer **Cause 1**.

<u>**Cause:**</u>

1. V1.8.0 was a complete rebuild of the Action workflow due to significant enhancement, and this one fell through the cracks - not to worry we have a solution by way of a patch but it looks like you haven't applied it to your system - refer **Solution 1**.
