<u>**Problem:**</u>

1. In the "Parties" tab, the "Shire" dropdown menu does not have all of my contacts.

<u>**Cause:**</u>

1. The "Contact Type" of the relevant Contacts has not been set to "Shire".

<u>**Solution:**</u>

1. Open the relevant Contacts in the "Edit Contact" screen, and change the "Contact Type" to "Shire".
  - If you don't have this option, please look for something similar as it may have been renamed.  Perhaps "Local Government".
  - If you still have issues, please refer to the related article "[Managing Shire dropdown menus in SQL](https://maxgeo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LC/pages/1263501394)" which should be done by an SQL professional.

<u>**Additional info:**</u>

1. <u>*I don't have "Shire" as a Contact Type*</u>*.* A user may have renamed it.  If you can't see anything similar (e.g. "Local Government") that resolves the issue, refer to the related article "[Managing Shire dropdown menus in SQL](https://maxgeo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LC/pages/1263501394)".
