<u>**Problem:**</u>

1. When implementing the Commitment Bulk Update feature of QueryBuilder, the forward commitments entered into each Lease's "Financials": "Expenditure" tab is ignored, and instead only the expenditure configurations are used - refer **Cause 1**.
2. The expenditure is not calculating correctly - refer related article "[Troubleshooting Expenditure Configurations (up to V1.8.0)](https://maxgeo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LC/pages/1263370337)"

<u>**Cause:**</u>

1. This is a bug in V1.8.0 (Bugzilla4049) - refer **Solution 1**.  More Information: V1.8.0 implemented a new feature whereby forward commitments (than could not be calculated using the Expenditure Configuration options) could be entered into the "Financials": "Expenditure" tab of each Lease record.  However, QueryBuilder incorrectly overlooked this feature initially.

<u>**Solution:**</u>

1. Email servicedesk.maxgeo.com requesting the latest patch / upgrade for LeaseControl.
