<u>**Problem:**</u>

1. When you deleted Actions from the Action Browser, the Leases to which they related disappeared from LeaseControl.

For any other causes/problems, please complete troubleshooting as per related article [Troubleshooting locating a Lease or Agreement record](https://maxgeo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LC/pages/1264091179) first.

<u>**Cause:**</u>

1. This is an anomaly of which we have 1 reported occurrence, on a very old version of LeaseControl which was being used in a terminal server environment - for which purpose the LeaseControl software was never intended.

<u>**Solution:**</u>

1. Contact servicedesk.maxgeo.com for the latest version of LeaseControl, advise of this issue, the version of LeaseControl you are currently running and a list of the Leases that have been deleted.  Our tech support will then assist with upgrade and recovery of the missing Leases.

<u>**Further Information:**</u>

- <u>*What if I'm unsure of which Leases were deleted?*</u>  We will require a copy of your database pre- and post- deletion for comparison.  If this is not available, please advise so that we allocate sufficient time to your resolution.
