<u>**Symptom:**</u>

1. When you try to delete a contact from within System Admin, you return the error 'Error occured deleted contact: 0,'

<u>**Cause:**</u>

1. Edit mode is OFF, but must be ON to delete contacts.

<u>**Solution:**</u>

1. Click [OK] to close the error window, click [OK], [Cancel] or [x] to close the System Administration window, click [Edit Mode Off] in the bottom-right-hand corner of LeaseControl so that it turns green and reads [Edit Mode ON], then try again to delete the Contact.
