**Problem:**
The due date for an Action in the "Action" tab of either the Action Browser or the Lease or Agreement record is incorrect.
**Cause:**
The Action has been configured incorrectly.
**Solution:**
Reconcile the Action to an Action Configuration by cross referencing the "ActionConfigID" of both (instructions below). The ID for the Action will match the ID of the corresponding Action Configuration, if it exists.
(1) If there is no corresponding Action Configuration, this Action is a miscellaneous and was not created correctly. You will need to either adjust the due date or delete and recreate the Action (the first is ordinarily sufficient if it is simply the date).
(2) Once you have located the relevant Action Configuration, compare this to the generated date. At this point, you may need to adjust your configurations settings. Please note that we highly recommend testing and verification of configuration settings.
(3) **Pre-V1.8.0.: **If you are working on a LeaseControl version that is pre-1.8.0, you have additional adjustments by way of anniversary settings that can move the due date back or forward 1 day. We highly recommend upgrade due to the enhanced configuration features that became available as of version 1.8.0., including moving the anniversary adjustment to the Action Configuration to avoid against 'hidden' adjustments. *Please contact servicedesk.maxgeo.com for assistance.*

**Action Configuration ID:**
*From either the "Action" tab of Lease/Agreement Configurations, or the "Action" tab of the Lease/Agreement record:* Right-click on the grid header and select "unhide". In the field "Hidden Column" select "ActionConfigurationID" then click "Show". You can then press "OK" to close this window.
