**Problem:**
When trying to run LeaseControl an error is returned: "Error 53 occurred in Module MMain Licensing."
**Solution:**
Run the program as an administrator. This should only be required the first time you run it after an upgrade / new install.
**More Information:**
To run as an administrator, right-click on the .exe or shortcut to LeaseControl. Select "Run as an administrator".
