<u>**Problem:**</u>

1. I want to understand more about the limitations on subscription licences - refer **Additional Information**.
2. I want to change to number of concurrent users on one of my licenses - refer **Solution 1**.
3. CopyMinder returned the following error:
  - 641: "You have reached the limit on the maximum number of simultaneous users of this program" - refer **Cause 1**.

<u>**Cause:**</u>

1. Subscription licences are designed to permit multiple Users to access the application concurrently.  The cost of each license is dependent upon the number of 'seats' or concurrent Users.  In this case, the number of seats (concurrent Users) has been reached, and therefore no one else can access the application until someone else exits.  Refer **Solution 1** and **2**.

1. You can opt to increase or decrease the number of seats (concurrent Users) available by contacting [sales@maxgeo.com](mailto:sales@maxgeo.com).  We can turn around your request quicker if you let us know:
  - Which product your request relates to (DataShed, LeaseControl and WebShed all use this type of licencing).
  - Your licence key.
  - How many additional/less seats you need, or what the new value is to be.
2. If you don't want to change the number of seats, you can wait until someone exits the application and then you will have access.  It may be that one of your collegaues has it open but is not using it?
