**Problem:**

1. When I load a saved query, no details are populated in the filters, etc. - refer **Cause 1**.
2. When I load a saved query, the value entered into the filter is incorrect - refer **Cause 2**.

**Cause:**

1. The Query wasn't run prior to the Query being saved (you need to click on [Show Results] before saving the Query - refer **Solution 1**.
2. You used an invalid value in the last filter field. This is usually when a value has been typed in, in place of a value being selected from the drop down menu (when this applies) - refer **Solution 2**.

**Solution:**

1. Rebuild the Query, then click on [Show Results]. If this field populates correctly, now click on [Save Query]. Note:
 - If you remember the Query name you originally used, and whether or not it was viewable by other users, you can re-enter this data to override the original saved Query.
 - If need be, you can delete a saved Query by going to the Settings menu > System Functions. Remember this section is protected by the Administrator password.
2. Change the value to a valid value, then click on [Show Results].
