<u>**Problem:**</u>

1. When I try to Add another Alert (refer top field) the window opens up, but I get an error of "The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "ACTCFG_ACTALT_FK".  The conflict occurred in database "LeaseControl", table "dbo.LMS.ACTCFG_ActionConfiguration" column 'ACTCFG_ID'.

<u>**Troubleshooting:**</u>

1. Confirm that you have selected an Action before creating the Email Alert.  When in doubt, please exit, and go back to highlighting the Action then trying to configure again.
  - If this resolves the error - refer **Cause 1**.

<u>**Cause:**</u>

1. The Action was not detected the first time.  It assumes you have now resolved.
