**Problem:**
1. When trying to generate Reports from the Report Viewer, the following error message is generated:
**Additional information:**
Report templates created via the Report Designer, and viewed via the Report Viewer are saved to an LeaseControl database. To improve business efficiencies, LeaseControl software has 2 mapping options: 1 for access to data, 1 for access to report templates. Thus you can run several databases to segment your data storage, without having to replicate the templates per database.
**Cause:**
1. The link to the database hosting the report templates is not working.
**Solution:**
1. Check the mapping is correct via the "Settings" menu (from the toolbar), select "System Functions" then go to the field "Reporter Database". Check the correct database has been selected. If necessary, click on the [...] button to open the Database Connection Browser in a new window. From here you can review the mapping and make edits as may be required. You can also create new connections and delete old ones.
