<u>**PROBLEM:**</u>

The format of the dates as they appear in LeaseControl is incorrect (e.g. American instead of Australian format or vice versa).

<u>**CAUSE:**</u>

LeaseControl relies on your Windows settings for date format, indicating that your date format for Windows in incorrect.

<u>**SOLUTION:**</u>

You will need to change your Windows settings in respect of the date format to reflect your preferred format.  If multiple people use a single computer, and these users cover multiple regions, it may be beneficial to use the format DD-MMM-YYYY.
