<u>**Saved locally (to the Main Application)**</u>

1. The CopyMinder (licensing) connection string used by this instance of LeaseControl.
2. The Database connection strings used by this instance of LeaseControl.
3. Data deletion, edits and creation and search parameters are temporarily saved within the LeaseControl.exe (saving changes pushes the data to the LeaseControl database).
4. Additional system files are stored locally that are used by the application.

<u>**Saved locally (to the Importer)**</u>

1. Any file being used to import data into the LeaseControl database must be stored locally to the Importer.
2. Data being imported is saved locally temporarily during the data migration workflow.
3. Additional system files are stored locally that are used by the application.

<u>**Saved on SQL Server (hosting the LeaseControl database)**</u>

1. Details of the email service that LeaseControl will use to send email alerts.
2. Security group information.

<u>**Saved as per User direction**</u>

1. If the user creates import templates for use with the Importer, these are an .xml file stored wherever the User elects, and therefore may be on a local or non-local computer.
2. Any exports from the LeaseControl main application or Reporter.

<u>**Saved on LeaseControl SQL database**</u>

1. All other data, including data from the Importer after successful import.
