<u>**Problem:**</u>

1. When selecting a Dynamic Importer, I get the error
  - "Could not open Excel sheet.  Invalid index. (Exception from...)" - refer **Cause 1**.
  - ending with "...Object reference not set to an instance of an object." - refer **Cause 2**.
  - ending with"...cannot implicitly convert type 'string' to object[*,*] - refer **Cause 3**.
2. I get the error "Excel Sheet does not contain any information" - refer **Cause 1**.

<u>**Cause:**</u>

1. You have not selected a worksheet - refer **Solution 2**.
2. You have not selected a *source file *matching your selected "Source Type" - refer **Solution 1**.
3. File is not on your C: drive - please relocate.

<u>**Solution:**</u>

1. Click [Continue], then go back to selecting your *source file* - this time ensuring it matches the *source type* you have selected.
  - If you select "Quit" you will need to open up the application again, noting the above instructions on file selection.
2. Even if there is only 1 worksheet, you must select it from the right-hand window so that it appears in blue highlight.
