[0:00:05] When any exceptions or errors with uploading data occur, the main parent record being uploaded will change to an orange colour highlighting the row. A small exclamation mark will also be visible in the row. To locate where the issue lies, click on the small red arrow to expand the details section. A small exclamation mark next to the table name indicates there was an error during upload of that table. By clicking on the table header, you will see which record has an exception. This exclamation symbol can be clicked on to provide exception details. If the issue can be fixed within LogChief Lite, please go to where the table was logged and edit the record there. 

[0:01:02] Re-upload the record to check if successful. By selecting the checkboxes appropriate for uploading and then clicking on ‘Upload’. A successful upload will return a green message and a green tick will be displayed in the row.
