# December 2024 (version 1.1.0.5) - Maintenance Release
**Fixes**
- SampleSheet regenerate Sample IDs error notification when there are existing SampleIDs already in the logging grid.
# October 2024 (version 1.1.0.3) - Maintenance Release
**Fixes**
- Invalid validation on total field percentages > 100%.

# September 2024 (version 1.1.0.3) - Maintenance Release
**Features**
- Set ReSync Status. Will allow users to resync parent and logged data.
- Users can add calculation to normal fields while logging.
- Enhance arrow key navigation in logging grids.
- Numeric fields adjusted decimal places.
**Fixes**
- Allow Hole_ID and Site_ID duplicate creation in different cases (lower/upper cases).
- Depth_To overlapping interval not validating.
- Production Time_Loaded and Time_Dumped pop up window not closing on ‘OK’ click.
- Offline Mode Exception while logging in.
- On SampleSheet with SampleID logging grid autogenerate intervals were not cycling through more than 1 StandardIDs configured in QC Policy. It uses the same StandardID throughout.
- Duplicates and Blanks EOH not inserting in autogenerate intervals.
# July 2024 (version 1.1.0.2) - Maintenance Release
Welcome to the July 2024 release of LogChief Lite. There are many updates in this version that we hope you'll like, some of the key highlights.
**IMPORTANT**: Version upgrade will require users to synchronise logged data and clear all browser data cache.
**Features:**
- In Manage Data Page against the parent and master detail tabs, an Export to Excel button is available for each table DataGrid. This can help users when there’s syncing issues or offline to be able to give to another user to import through DataShed 5.
- Remove allocations of LogChief Lite username from DS5Admin against Sampled_By and Logged_By fields.
- Additional MDS Data Validations (Check Constraints) for Downhole and Point Tables.
**Fixes:**
- Fixed when editing existing Templates and adding a new table, resets and updates the existing table configurations causing loss of column setups (e.g. configured visible/non-visible fields, column order, default values, etc.)
- Fixed syncing Exception: “Error converting data type varchar to numeric”.
- Fixed Point Templates logging grid, Right Click > “Copy Record” functionality.
- Fixed SampleSheet Logging Grid missed aligned Sample Number for QC intervals for suffix set in QC Policy.
# July 2024 (version 1.1.0.2)
**Features:**
***New Logging Menu***
Enhance logging menu by grouping templates into categories: DRILLING/DOWNHOLE, POINT & PRODUCTION to make it easier for users to find templates.
***Logging Tabs relocated to the top***
Moving the tabs at the top of the Logging Grids enhances user navigation and visibility. To avoid having to scroll down the page.
***NEW PRODUCTION Templates***
Material Movement Logging
Mining Activities Logging
Sampling Logging
***Manage Templates Page***
- Be able to delete Templates.
- Modify Template Name and Description.
- Edit existing Templates; add and/or delete tables.
- Computed columns (E.g. Interval_Length from tblDHGeology) are included.
***Manage Data Page***
Downloading a Hole_ID, Site_ID (for Point and Production) and Shift Register (for Production) will also download existing metadata from the master MDS to configured logging tables against Templates.
Production Section for download and upload.
***Reset Templates***
Reset Templates will update and/or delete templates or tables that has been configured by the LGL Administrator.
If there are any unsynchronised data, the reset will not be permitted.
***Sync Status Indicator***
Icons to indicate which data has been successfully uploaded or error received.
- The circle next to the tabname indicates data has been logged against the table.
- The triangle with exclamation next to the tabname indicates data has been uploaded unsuccessful and error received.
***Additional Logging Functionality***
- Ability to navigate the grid using the keyboard arrows.
- Computed columns from MDS tables are now visible in the logging grid.
Ability to fix columns in the grid to the left or to the right.
Add Site_Depth field in the Point Templates Header and add validation when logging metadata.
***Enhance Sample Sheet Logging***
In Manage Templates against LGLiteDHSampling Table >> click Defaults/QC Configurations >> Sampling Configuration >> QC Policy Tab, LogChief Lite Administrator has the ability to delete QC Policy.
Modify QC Policy, allowed to delete Standard IDs 2 – 4.
***Ability to log Sample Intervals without SampleIDs***
- Easily configured in the templates page by unticking SampleID mandatory.
- Be able to enter manually or auto generate intervals without SampleIDs in the logging grid.
- Additional button to add QC and Sample IDs afterwards.
Ability to export to Excel the Sample Sheet grid.
