[0:00:05] The Manage Data page in LogChief Lite enables users to sync with the connected database by downloading and uploading information. To access these features, navigate to the Manage Data page, where you can view logged entries, retrieve new information, and export or upload your collected logs.

[0:00:24] The Refresh Libraries button refreshes the library codes fetched from the database, while the Reset Templates button will modify, add, or delete existing Templates configured by the LogChief Lite Administrator. The Reset Templates function also has a safety feature where it will not modify the Templates until all unsynchronised data has been uploaded.

[0:00:45] Counts of unsynchronized records for Downhole, Point and Production data types are displayed in the top right corner. These are also Tabs to navigate to each category. Each data type can be selected to upload and download from that type, or to create a new record.

[0:01:05] The user can download downhole, point and production data directly from their Data shed 5 database, by clicking on the download button. The select collars to download window will appear, where you will be able to filter your data to download. Apply the appropriate filter, select the required hole IDs or Site IDs, and click on download. The data will now be visible in the grid.

[0:01:42] Within the grid, the user can create new parent records, such as Hole ID for Downhole, and Site ID for Point. Parent records for Production type data, such as shift date code, will need to be downloaded in order to log production templates.

[0:01:58] To create a new record, click on the plus symbol. The add a new record page is where the user can enter mandatory fields, as well as any metadata, to create their new record. Fields with the red asterisk next to them are mandatory.

[0:02:10] When you are finished, click on save. Your new record will populate on the grid and will be highlighted a Cambridge blue colour, which signifies that the record is unsynchronized. You will also notice that the count to your data type will have risen by one.

[0:02:25] On the grid, on the left side of the row, the pencil icon will allow you to edit the records details.

[0:02:34] Row checkboxes can be selected for batch uploads, or deletion.

[0:02:40] The small red arrow opens an expandable section that contains the table data of the record. It displays all the associated Template tables, and data logged to those tables, to that specific record. A white dot next to the table name indicates that data exists in that table.

[0:02:51] There are two scroll bars located near the bottom of the page. One to scroll through the various tables linked to the record and the other one to scroll across the fields of the records.
