[00:00:05] To log data using the three production templates, users first need to download the necessary data. Navigate to the Manage Data page and select Production, which will open on the Material Movement section. Here, download data to obtain Production Source IDs, and Production Destination IDs from the Site Register. These IDs are mandatory when logging Material Movement and will have to be downloaded from the database. 
[00:00:31] Only records created in the Material Movement template will populate in the Production Material Movement grid on the Manage Data page. 
[00:00:40] Records downloaded from the Shift Register will populate in the Mining Activities grid, whilst downloaded records from the Site Register will be visible in the Production Sampling grid 
[00:00:52] Shift Date Codes need to be downloaded for users to begin logging against Mining Activities, and Production Sampling templates. 
[00:01:00] By clicking on the Material Movement template and creating a new record, the Production Source ID and Production Destination ID fields will now have dropdowns populated with the downloaded data. 
[00:01:12] Production activities and equipment utilization tabs can be logged within the Mining Activities template, by selecting a downloaded Shift Date Code. 
[00:01:26] The Production Sampling template includes Sample, Sample QC, and Standard Sample tabs, which require a downloaded Site ID to log data. Shift Date Codes and Site IDs can be created in Data Shed 5.
