[00:00:05] To access a logging template, select the main template type your template belongs to, Downhole, Point or Production, then select the template from the popup menu.
[00:00:15] The Template page will contain a parent header, and logging tabs for each table assigned to the template. You will need to select existing, or downloaded parent holes from the Hole ID dropdown.
[00:00:27] Or you can create new ones by clicking on the white gear icon in the Hole ID box. Here you can insert the hole details. Save to begin logging.
[00:00:51] The tabs above the grid indicate the tables that have been added to the template. All these tabs can have data logged to them if a hole or site ID has been selected in the header details. Their names and orders in which they appear can only be edited by admin users.
[00:01:08] For each logging tab, use the icons above the grid to; go to the logging menu, add new rows, configure multiple rows at once, and delete selected rows. All entries in the grid can be searched by using the search bar.
[00:01:28] The Hide Header icon provides the user with a full screen view of the logging grid. The column chooser icon opens up the column chooser box, which displays hidden columns that can be dragged and dropped on to the grid or removed from the grid. Column orders can also be rearranged by dragging and dropping the column headers.
[00:01:49] Columns can be grouped, sorted or frozen on the grid by right clicking on the column header.
[00:02:07] Click on the plus symbol to add a new row. Add the required information and click anywhere off the row to save that record.
[00:02:25] To add multiple rows, click on the multiple rows button. Enter the required information and click on, Add rows.
[00:02:45] Delete records by checking the box in the row or column header and then clicking the delete button.
[00:02:57] Right-click on any row to copy the record.
[00:03:01] The same procedure can be used to log point type templates.
