**Issue:** Have configuration created on a later version of SQL Server and unable to import as cannot restore Configuration database.

**Solution:** Important - Must be able to connect to master MDS

- Navigate to the folder where the exported Configuration is and delete Configuration .BAK file from the folder
- Go to LogChief and import the configuration
- Click on Browse button and point to your master MDS. LogChief will create Configuration database on the fly
- If you export the configuration it will create a Configuration .BAK file.
