OR

<span style="color: #bf2600">[Microsoft][SQL Native Client]SQL Network Interfaces: Error Locating Server/Instance Specified [xFFFFFFFF].</span>

**Cause**

Anti Virus was blocking QAQCR.exe, QAQCRConfig.exe and DataShed ConfigManager.exe. 

**Reolution**

Whitelist the applications in the Anti Virus.
