To reset the licensing for LogCheif to prompt to resent a license key follow the below steps

1. Navigate to “C:\ProgramData\IL”. This is a hidden folder so it may require your IT support to un-hide the folder
2. Rename the “LOGCHIEF30” folder to “LOGCHIEF30**old**”
3. Run LogChief as an administrator. It is important to run as an administrator as it will allow for the correct licensing files to be created
4. Enter the new key when prompted
