The network license service is generally installed on either the SQL, App or Licensing server. It can be identified by opening services.msc and locating the CMServer_IL service

To Restart the service:

1. Stop the service CMServer_IL service

2. Navigate to the services root folder. This can be found in the “Path to executable” when viewing the services properties

3. locate the CMServer.exe executable and run as administrator

4. Sect “Windows Service” as the startup Mode

5. Start the Service
