**Issue:** Error when opening QAQCR

**Cause: **Missing QC Code in the Repeat Types configuration.

**Resolution: ** 

Enable the administrator Mode in QAQCr

Enter the admin password: **password**

Select Edit under the Configuration menu

Select Repeat_Types
