# What’s New

This release includes new features, improvements and maintenance fixes listed below:


- POP3 Email Protocol enhancement to allow secure connection through Port 995. Especially when accessing emails from Outlook.Office365 it requires secure connection. This also requires the AAL Admin console to be installed within the SQL Server machine.
- Additional email configurations for multiple recipient alias email address and senders (laboratory) to the same email account. Configurable within the AAL Admin console.
- Improvements to Assay processing workflow (Assay Merging, Incoming Data Driver and Ranking).
